Parts prices for truck stock part should be used on all calls except for Manufacturer’s Warranty Calls, and Whirlpool Service Agreements. There could be other exceptions also. Order parts should be priced based on the Dealer Cost (not The Appliance Doctor's actual cost)

Home Call is currently $87.95 on all brands, $119.95 in high rise buildings in Atlanta This includes:
1. Technicians travel time to the home,
2. Complete diagnosis of the repairs needed for one appliance, and
3. Written and verbal estimate of the total cost of repairs needed.
Add $32.00 to check a second appliance and $19.00 for each additional.
If a parts have to be ordered, the customer will not have to pay an additional Home Call.
Labor is determined by the amount of time it will take to make the repair once the diagnosis has been made.
1. Minimum Repair $54.00
2. 30-45 Minute Repair $78.00
3. 45-60 Minute Repair $102.00
Minimum labor for an order part return is $78.00
Alternative Pricing may be used in certain circumstances. This method may be used when servicing machines in high rises or larger businesses. Many times the technician is parking, walking, waiting for elevators, and/or waiting for a contact person.
The Alternative Pricing Method:
1. Used at technician’s discretion when servicing machines in high rises or larger businesses.
2. Home Call covers the first 15 minutes starting when the truck is parked.
3. Labor is charged after the first 15 minutes or when the diagnosis is made, which ever comes first. Labor should be charged for time going back and forth to truck for parts, etc.
4. If the repair is declined, the Home Call plus additional time should be billed if possible.
5. Alternative pricing may also be used if the customer has several appliances needing obvious minor repairs and it seems too much to charge the extra $32.00/$16.00 Home Call plus $54.00 minimum labor.
