Stipulations

1. Customer instruct good for one year.  Must note exactly what education was performed on the unit.

2. Must get correct Model and Serial numbers.  Suggest taking a picture with your phone in the event you wrote it down wrong.

3. Fault Codes must be noted on the invoice.

4. A complete repair description must be given - - “Replaced part.” will not be accepted.

5. Call Backs for the same problem MUST be called into Tech Support.  What the Tech Support advises us to do MUST be noted on the invoice.

Not Covered

1. Damage in ovens due to foil burned onto the floor

2. Rust

3. Knobs, Baskets, Ice Trays, Name Plates, Light Bulbs, Lint Filters, Vent Hoses, Crispers, Drawers, Oven Racks, Cookbooks, Water Filters, Surface Element Rings, LP Kits, and add-on Icemakers

4. Door Adjustments

5. The warranty of any part added to a unit during the units warranty period, such as icemakers and washer/dryer pedestals, ends the same day as the original warranty on the unit.

6. If the customer says the machine is working at the time we are there, Electrolux will not pay us for the visit.  In other words, if it is an intermittent problem or quit and started working again, we should not run the call.  Electrolux suggested that when the technician calls the customer, he asks what is wrong or if the machine is working right now.  If it is, then DO NOT RUN THE CALL.  ALSO DO NOT VOID THE INVOICE because we need to report it to Electrolux.  Write on the invoice: “Customer says working right now.  Did not run call.”
